This package is designed to improve your performance in the water. You will maximise surf specific mobility and increase your paddle strength and pop-up power. This program is progressive no matter what level of surfer you are!
There are 3 programs to suit any ability of surfer – it consists of a six-week block using only a light resistance band with technique videos so there is no confusion with your training. You will have access to the full online hub with nutritional tips and HIIT workouts to supplement your training.
